R. Burke Keaty, II joined Day & Blair as an associate in October 2008. Burke focuses his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases. Burke also has experience litigating contract disputes and estate matters. He is a member of the Nashville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.

Burke graduated from Father Ryan High School in 2001. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration cum laude from the University of Tennessee in 2005 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2008.

While in law school, Burke was a member of the ATLA Mock Trial Team. He was also a member of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law, and one of his case commentaries, which dealt with the duty of good faith being strictly enforced when expelling members from an LLC, was published in the Fall 2007 edition.
