Day & Blair is a law firm located in the Nashville, Tennessee area, with our offices in Brentwood, Tennessee . We practice exclusively in civil litigation. The firm was founded on January 1, 1993 with the name Branham & Day. On April 16, 2007, the firm was renamed Day & Blair after its shareholders, John Day and Rebecca Blair.

In addition to our experience in representing injured persons and their families, we also write several references for other attorneys practicing in the same field. John Day is the author of Day on Torts: A Handbook for Tennessee Tort Lawyers, summarizing the leading cases on 265 different Tennessee personal injury and wrongful death legal subjects. John is also one of the authors of the Tennessee Law of Comparative Fault, which summarizes and discusses Tennessee court opinions and statutes on comparative fault. John Day and Brandon Bass jointly work on the Trial Law Report, a monthly publication analyzing new cases. John Day maintains a weblog, Day on Torts, providing daily comments on the law and resources for lawyers in the civil justice system. Finally, the attorneys in the firm frequently speak at seminars on the law of personal injury.
